Going Vegan On Vacation!


For a few years now I’ve wanted to go vegetarian, but never did. But a little less than three weeks ago I decided to go vegetarian for two weeks, that was my goal. I mostly wanted to try it for two weeks, then decided if I want to stick with it. It was surprisingly very easy for me, mostly because I already didn’t really like most meats. After about a week of being vegetarian I was watching a lot of videos about being vegan, and stuff like that. So, I decided to try it, I made my goal to be vegan for a week. I have to be honest, being vegan was definitely a little challenging at first and definitely harder than being vegetarian, but then it got easier.

Now it’s been a little over two weeks of being vegan, and about a week ago my family and I traveled to Colorado for the summer, and while we are here I have decided to try to go vegan the entire time we are on vacation.

I’m super excited to be doing this, and I have been looking at some vegan recipes to make! My family is not vegan, but they did say I could make some vegan food for them. I will be documenting how being vegan is going, and post some pictures/reveiw vegan foods I’ve been eating on my blog!
