VEGAN FAJITAS! How To:

If you saw my last post, you know that I recently decided to go vegan while I am on vacation. I recently made these DELICIOUS vegan fajitas!
Let me tell you, I am not exaggerating when I say I could have eaten 5 of these! (They were that good!) There are so many ways you can customize this recipe to what you like,I just put how I made them. Plus! These are a great vegan dish that many non - vegan are sure to enjoy also!
Here’s how to make them!
You Will Need:
Fajita bread (or taco shells if you want)
Beyond meat sausages (or any vegan sausages)
Canned balck beans
Onions (optional
Bell peppers (optional)
How To Make Them:
Cook the sausages (the package will say how long to cook them for)
Once the sausages are done cut them up into small pieces and put them in a medium sized bowl
Mix the balck beans into the bowl with the sausages and get out your red peppers and onions
(I like putting in onions and bell peppers because they add a nice crunch but they’re totally optional! :)
Chop your peppers and onions, into little cubes, sauté them, and toss them into the bowl with the sausages and black beans
Mix it all up!
Grab a fajita and spoon some of you sausages, beans, and vegetables onto it!
Enjoy!
(You can squeeze some lime juice onto it, or add any other vegetables if you would like!)
